OIL INGREDIENT HELP
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil, good quality
1 to 2 garlic cloves, or to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Put olive oil in a small bowl.
2. Press the garlic cloves through a garlic press into the oil. Stir to combine.
3. Let oil sit for 20 minutes.
4. Then strain out the garlic, pressing to release as much juice as possible, into the oil.
STORAGE
Store in a tightly covered jar in the refrigerator.
