I found a recipe that I was comfortable with and modified it as follows. Use with Coley’s Fructose-Free Birthday Cake and Cupcakes.
FROSTING, ICING, ETC RECIPE HELP
INGREDIENTS
1 Stick (8 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1 8 oz package of cream cheese, preferably Philadelphia Brand
2 teaspoons approved vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
1/2 cup glucose; can be found online
2 cups dextrose; can be found online
milk as needed (I used 1 TBL)
INSTRUCTIONS
Cream butter,
Add Cream cheese and vanilla and beat until smooth. Beat in powdered sugar.
Add glucose and beat until smooth
Beat in dextrose a little at a time
Add milk to obtain desired creaminess.
STORAGE
This frosting needs refrigeration. Will keep for about a week.
