COOKIE RECIPE HELP
Liz Says: I enjoyed these cookies….my roommate and my best friend LOVED them!
INGREDIENTS & INSTRUCTIONS
2 sticks (1 cup or 16 tablespoons) unsalted butter
1/2 cup superfine or regular sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
stir until blended:
3 ounces semisweet chocolate/bitter sweet chocolate melted and cooled slightly
gently stir in 2 cups unbleached all-purpose flour (measured by: spoon into measuring cup and level to rim)
press dough evenly in 9- x 13- inch pan
bake around 40 minutes on 300 degrees F, or when top is lightly firm/toothpick inserted comes out clean.
